Damon Dutton & Marty Schindler, Project Managers – Damon and Marty have over 50 years of combined residential construction experience and they put it to good use every day when it comes to managing your project. They each have extensive experience in site and project management, land development and scheduling. Their job is to ensure the superlative quality of every InVision Home.
Joseph Youmans, Public Relations/Marketing Director – Where the rest of the team brings creativity and innovation to custom home building, Youmans and his team bring it to their communication, public relations and marketing efforts. A strong proponent of client-first operations, Youmans took one of our basic tenants – that successful companies should give back to the communities in which they flourish – and helped create the Villa of Dreams concept for Kempe kids.
Theresa Thomas-Walsh, Executive Assistant – Theresa provides David Karchner and the entire InVision team with extensive administration, management and client service experience. She is exceptional at attending to details and providing outstanding follow-through, and always welcomes your questions or calls.
